This reel mower sharpening kit works perfectly on all Gardena 15 inch reel mowers, both electric and manual. To sharpen your reel mower, simply attach and push it around. As the reel brushes against the abrasive strip, dings, rust, or any other problem areas will disappear. You’re going to experience minor resistance in the beginning, but as the blades sharpen, pushing the mower will change into an increasing number of easier. For truly dull blades a couple of abrasive strip may be needed.
